	The offer includes the rental of Kibuvitsa holiday home – 4 bedrooms: 12 beds, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor (2 single beds), 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 large bed and two small beds + cot/ 1 large bed/ 2 single beds) – living room (equipped with all modern comforts - flat screen TV, DVD/CD (with USB, Bluetooth speakers) surround sound system, open Wi-Fi) – kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tableware, pots and pans, wine glasses and other things necessary for cooking) – sauna – two bathrooms – the house has a high chair for children and a changing pad and a pee pot for babies – Firewood is provided by the house, you need to buy your own

Kibuvitsa holiday home is located 7 km from Kuressaare on the beautiful Murats peninsula.

The house was completed in 2007.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Very suitable for families and groups. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a sauna, two bathrooms, a large terrace and a spacious garden.

Kibuvitsa Puhkemaja is designed for customers who value peace and quiet, real island nature. The house is spacious and sunny, with unique artistic furnishings. Paintings by the artist Reiner Kühnle decorate the walls of the rooms, and his personal, original bathroom design is the jewel of the house. The atmosphere in the house is clean and relaxing. There are no electric radiators or plaster walls and laminate flooring. Logs and wooden floors allow the house and the people who enjoy their vacations to breathe. The house is located in a secluded juniper grove, near the forest. In the evening, you can hear the hooting of an owl from the forest.

The proximity to the city is convenient, it takes 5 minutes to drive to the city. Kuressaare offers tourists a pleasant, healthy holiday. New beautiful SPAs, a golf course with professional service, tennis courts, a castle park with a bathing beach and shopping centers are easy to find in the small island of Kuressaare. Museums, cinema, nightclubs and many different interesting open-air events in the summer months offer the tourist a versatile entertainment option. Saaremaa even has its own airport, approx. 8 km from Kibuvitsa's house. The city has the necessary service points - gas stations, car rental, bicycle rental, tourist information, hospital.

1.5 km from the house is the homely port of Muratsi with a bathing beach. Fishermen can fish from the shore or rent boats from local fishermen to go to the open sea. Muratsi Bay is a popular fishing spot, pike, perch, herring, roach and sometimes even eel move here. The bathing beach has been repaired with the support of the European Union. The beach is sandy, there is a swing and a climbing tree for children, a changing room for sunbathers, tables and chairs.
