Introduction

Johan SPA Hotel is located in the historically beautiful center of Kuressaare Old Town and has charmed its guests with both exceptional architecture as well as friendly and enjoyable service.

In 2007, Johan SPA Hotel was even awarded the Architecture and Interior Design Annual Award of Kuressaare. The keywords for Johan SPA Hotel are simplicity, privacy, uniqueness, naturalness, friendly and caring service.

At the heart of the tranquil atmosphere of the SPA Hotel is a magnificent and modern water park, which includes both an indoor pool, outdoor pool, steam sauna, whirlpool, sanarium, cold pools, and Finnish saunas. Children can splash safely in the 60 cm deep children's pool. Additional relaxation is provided by various spa treatments.

In June 2017, modern guest apartments were completed, sharing the address with Johan Spa Hotel and located in the hotel's inner courtyard in a single-story building. The interior design of the rooms combines natural rusticity with modern solutions. The apartments, ranging from 27 to 43 m2, are particularly suitable for families, as each one features a queen-size bed, a fold-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining table with all the necessary amenities. Each guest apartment has a private bathroom, bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, widescreen TVs with cable channels, a direct-dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, and opening windows.

Your taste buds can be pampered at Restaurant Pähkel, which is characterized by the phrase "crispy exterior with a rich interior." Pähkel is a wonder of our Nordic nature. Inside the modest and natural shell of a nut lies a delicious delicacy. Therefore, it symbolizes excellently both the essence of our restaurant and the concept of our cuisine. The symbolism has guided the design of the entire restaurant, from color tones, materials, and furnishings to the dishes served in the kitchen. However, it is not a restaurant that serves dishes made from nuts, but a restaurant where pleasant ambiance and excellent service are combined with tasty Nordic cuisine.

Entertainment is provided by Lounge 13 lounge bar, where various events often take place. Here, you can enjoy good music, delicious cocktails, and a pleasant atmosphere. You can also test your skills in billiards.
